Recover yourself in the beautiful winter region Kappl in the heart of Tyrol. Enjoy your well- deserved vacation in the wonderful landscape of our region and discover tyrolean ambiance and flair.

Discover the pleasures of the ski- region Kappl/Ischgl/Paznaun

Try yourself in skiing, snowboarding or sledging followed by apres- ski in lodges in typical tyrolean style. (Service from our house: we serve sledges for our guests.)

Spending your holidays in residence `Ladner`

Enjoy the hospitality of our house located in the bottom of the `Paznaun`- valley, quiet and near to the center of the village Kappl and nearby the bus- stop to the ski arenas Kappl and Ischgl.

The comfortable appartment is equipped with a kitchen (comprising dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine etc,) restroom, shower, balcony, SAT- Television, radio, safe, hair- dryer and internet via WLAN. You can choose between the appartment for 4/ 5 persons including two double rooms or the appartment for 6/7 persons with one additional room (including 2 restrooms and 2 shower rooms).
Furthermore we serve bedclothes and towels.

Our house is decorated with 4- `Edelweiss`- which guarantees high comfort and quality.

Every good day starts with a good breakfast- we order your breakfast- bread for you.

After a wonderful skiing day relax yourself in our beautiful wellness area and gather new energy. We serve sauna (finnish, bio, infrared), an adventure shower, steam bath- scented with herbs of our region- once per week for free, fitness- room without limits 24/7.

Additionally we offer you a lounge with extra television and a small kitchen to spend a nice time in with your family and friends.
