The holiday apartment Frischmann Klaudia in Umhausen in the Ötztal is the perfect starting point for your winter vacation full of fun, adventure, and relaxation. Umhausen, a picturesque village nestled in the impressive Tyrolean Alps, offers a variety of activities for the whole family.

The newly renovated and modernized Frischmann apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed through a separate entrance area via a spiral staircase. The apartment has an area of approximately 75m² and can accommodate up to 6 people with three bedrooms (one triple room, one double room, and one single room).

The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, the bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the cozy hallway with a reading corner leave nothing to be desired for your vacation.

All bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with satellite TV.

For your children, toys, a high chair, and, if necessary, a baby cot (travel crib) are available in the apartment.

On the terrace or on one of the balconies, you can enjoy the magnificent winter landscape with a view of the picturesque mountains!

The approximately 250 m2 private children's playground is also a great attraction for children in winter. Whether building snow caves or rolling balls for snowmen, children can safely let off steam and enjoy the winter in Umhausen.

You can park your vehicle for free in the private parking lot (up to 3 vehicles), and you can safely store your skis and snowboards in our garage. A shoe dryer warms and dries your footwear for the next day.

The family-friendly ski area Umhausen / Niederthai, just a stone's throw away from your holiday apartment, is the perfect place to practice your first turns in the snow. With gentle slopes and a family atmosphere, this ski area is ideal for beginners and young skiers.

For more experienced skiers, the nearby Sölden ski area with its impressive glacier offers a true winter paradise. Here, you can enjoy endless slopes, challenging runs, and breathtaking views.

The Hochötz ski area is also easily accessible and offers variety for the whole family. Here you will find slopes of all difficulty levels, snow parks, and cozy mountain huts where you can indulge in traditional Tyrolean delicacies.

The Umhausen region also offers excellent opportunities for cross-country skiing. Discover the trails through snowy valleys and admire the untouched nature. Gliding smoothly on cross-country skis is not only an excellent full-body workout but also a great way to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the winter landscape.
