The sun shines 315 days a year in Naturno. Nowhere else in the Eastern Alps does it rain so rarely - not even two villages away. This friendship with the sun shapes the land and its people; it allows people and nature to flourish. Figs and kiwis ripen in the home gardens, wine thrives on the Sonnenberg - in the nature park even up to 900 meters above sea level. And where would there be more apple trees per inhabitant? The sun tans the hikers and bleaches the wood, which makes the mountain farms so homely, it is reflected in the cheerful way of life and the offers for our guests.
