Our house is located on the sunny side at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range, with beautiful views of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hartkaiser, surrounded by rolling meadows and healthy forests.

The largest ski area in Austria offers 297 km of fun on the slopes, and 70 refreshment stops.

or just to rest in the sun.
