Our farm is located at 800 m above sea level in an absolutely quiet location with a magnificent view over lake Faakersee and the Karawanken. With 5 spacious and fully equipped apartments, we offer both families with children and friends of nature ideal accommodation for a relaxing vacation.

The large garden with barbecue is the ideal place to relax, celebrate small barbecues or end a warm summer evening with a glass of wine. For the little ones there is a large playground with swing and the possibility to play table tennis.

Every day you can participate in the life and work of our family. The rural ambience offers just the right place for nature and animal lovers to spend beautiful hours. And on request, fresh milk and pastries are available every day.

The immediate surroundings not only invite you to swim at lake Faakersee, but also offer a wide range of sports and hiking. The Karawanken are an ideal area for extensive hiking tours. Those who would like to enjoy a game of golf at the golf course, which is 10 minutes away. Climbing enthusiasts will also get their money's worth at the nearby Kanzianiberg. For water sports enthusiasts, lake Faakersee offers a comprehensive range of water sports, ranging from canoeing to stand up paddling, surfing to sailing. Mini golf, mountain- and trail-biking, cycling complement the sports offerings.

Our fully equipped apartments have a kitchen with comfortable seating, bedroom with double bed, children's room, bathroom with toilet, satellite TV and balcony with stunning views of Lake Faak or the Mittagskogel.

The apartments offer space for 2-5 people. Towels, bed linen and electricity are included in the price.
