Bergland Apartments offer not only the advantages of fully equipped holiday homes as well as an extensive range of wellness programmes, but our location directly on the ski slopes will take your skiing enjoyment to a whole new level.

Apartments

You can choose from three different types of apartment: Steinrösle, Gemswurz and Körb. Prices are based on minimum occupancy and include bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and all legally-required provisions, as well as room cleaning. Besides the basic fittings, the rooms include tableware, glasses, an electric stove, a refrigerator, dishwasher, cable TV, telephone, wireless LAN and one free parking space per apartment

All apartment types consist of a dining area, a kitchenette, at least one bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, a large lobby with a wardrobe and a southwest-facing balcony. Depending on the type of apartment, these may have up to 2 bedrooms and a combination bed-sitting room.

Steinrösle
"Steinrösle" apartments are holiday homes approx. 45 square meters in size. Besides their basic fittings, these also have one bedroom and one bed-sitting room, which is used as a living room for two-person occupancy, and a bedroom for four-person occupancy.

Gemswurz
"Gemswurz" apartments are best suited to families and groups of up to six persons: Two bedrooms and a bed-sitting room, which can be used as a living room or a third bedroom as required, offer approx. 60 square meters of space to ensure you a relaxing holiday.

Körb
"Körb" apartments are perfectly suited for cosy couples. Besides the basic fittings, these also have one bedroom. These 30 square meter apartments offer all the comfort you will need.

Breakfast – the most important meal of the day

It is possible to order fresh bread rolls for the next morning, which will then be waiting for you at your doorstep at first light.

Take a break from it all

Our wellness area is not only the perfect end to a busy day on the slopes, but also the best way to leave behind all of your everyday work worries. Our sauna, steam and inhalation baths, a pedicure area with heat therapy couches and vitality showers will not only revive your body and spirit, but will also relax and recharge your batteries in time for your next adventure.

Winter with us

The Arlberg ski area has – for the fourth consecutive time – been selected the best in the world by the experts at Skiresort Service International. 276 superbly prepared kilometres of ski slope and 180 km of deep snow runs are sure to raise the adrenaline levels of any winter sports fan! Free local buses and heated ski lifts bring you comfortably from one location to the next.

Relaxation is guaranteed in our wellness oasis, where you can enjoy a sauna, steam bath, solarium or pedicure. Finally, round off the day in the best way possible, with a meal at one of the many well-known restaurants in Lech, Oberlech, Zug or Zürs.
