Well prepared pistes, perfectly groomed cross-country trails, fast tobogganing runs and idyllic hiking trails are a sure-fire recipe for enjoying winter sports.
Numerous skiing locations with pistes of varying degrees of difficulty can be reached from the Schlössl within a few minutes by car, bus, etc. Within the municipal district of Haimig there is a nearby cable railway to the Hoch-Oetz skiing area.
It’s only 8 km from the hotel or approx. 20 minutes by car. Our hotel shuttle bus also drives to this skiing area, once or twice a day. The popular, well-known world-cup village of Sölden with its splendid glacier slopes is in the immediate vicinity, too, and can be reached by public transport (skiing bus) for free. Kühtai, Austria’s highest skiing village, 2020 m above sea level, is only 16 km from here and can thus be reached within approx. 25-30 minutes.
