Our 4-star Alpenjuwel Jäger Hotel is right at the entrance to the Tux Valley in Vorderlanersbach. It’s a perfect spot, because just a three minute walk will take you to the valley station for the Rastkogel cable car. From here, you can travel straight up to the Zillertal 3000 skiing region where you can practise your slalom turns from December to around the middle of April. Surrounded by the Tux Alps with their majestic landscapes, we are the ideal departure point for hikers and mountaineers in the summer. You can reach the valley station for the Hintertux Glacier cable car within just 15 minutes by taking the free hikers’ or sports’ bus.

The 250m2 fitness and spa area has been fitted out with various saunas, such as an organic stone pine sauna and a cosy ‘lounge’ sauna, a herbal and brine steam bath, an infra-red cabin, a whirlpool, snail showers, a rest room with water beds, a fitness room and a juice bar with fresh fruit. This provides you with a wonderful opportunity for full and complete relaxation and recuperation.

Our chef de cuisine lays great store by straightforward, honest-to-goodness cooking which always focuses on products straight from the market. Dishes are prepared based on Austrian cuisine with international overtones. For a good start to the day, we offer a generous, hearty breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, tea, fresh egg dishes and lots more. You can fortify yourself with an afternoon snack in our fireside lounge.
In the evening, we treat our guests to a five-course menu (with a salad buffet each day).
Our dishes, lovingly created using natural products will give you the greatest pleasure and will add a really special dimension to your stay.

26 individually-designed luxury rooms, sumptuously fitted out in Tyrolean style, some with a tiled stove, invite you to enjoy a restful holiday. Our rooms are equipped with a shower and/or bath, a separate WC, radio, satellite TV, safe, telephone, hairdryer, balcony and seating room for 2-5. (WLAN is available free throughout the hotel. Garage parking is available.
