Our house is located on the sunny side at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range, with beautiful views of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hartkaiser, surrounded by flowering meadows and spruce forests.

The largest ski area in Austria turns in the summer into an alpine resort offers endless hiking possibilities.

Our apartment is at ground level and has a separate entrance.
A terrace with expansive lawn, carefully tended garden and an opportunity to barbecue.
Breakfast in the garden? No problem, plenty of seating and rest facilities are available.
