Nordic active - Nature experience for body and mind

With Nordic walking, you not only improve your fitness but also strengthen upper body, arm, and leg muscles, actively promoting your health. Using poles during Nordic walking increases calorie consumption by an average of 25% compared to regular walking. To feel comfortable while Nordic walking, you should warm up specifically at the beginning, walk at the right pace, i.e., in your individual pulse range, and perform strengthening/stretching exercises after exertion phases.
