All Apartment have 3 bedrooms with double beds, one small room with bunk beds (exempt B1), balcony or terrace with garden furniture, 2 bathrooms, extra WC, a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, oven-microwave combination, fridge-freezer combination, toaster, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, ...) cosy sitting area, living room with elegant suede couch suite, open fire, under floor heating and flat screen with sat and cable TV, safe and wireless Internet access. The building also has a lift. No-smoking building (you are welcome to use the balcony or terrace to smoke and can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains at the same time), no dogs allowed. Booking from 3 nights. Short stay surcharge 10% on the arrangement price.

From May until October, the new Nationalpark Sommercard Mobil is now included in the price of accommodations.Right after you've checked in, we will issue you your own personal card. With the National summer card you can choose daily one attraction out of 60 possibilities: Wildkogel lifts, Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen, Weißsee Gletscherwelt, Dorfbahn Königsleiten, National Park Center, Museums, golf, water worlds Krimml, crystal bath, swimming lakes, children's and family program an much more and in addition to the more than 60 services free use of the bus & train (narrow-gauge railway) between Krimml and Zell am See, e-bike rental, hiking taxis, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road (1-day ticket) and the Gerlos Alpine Road (8-day ticket)).
The Nationalpark Sommercard is valid for the full duration of your stay, and that includes your arrival and departure days.You find out comfortably and without paying the unusual features and destinations of the outing in Neukirchen & Bramberg as well as the vacation region Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. An eventful vacation expects you in the Wildkogel arena!

In the winter season you enjoy free entrance to the Kristallbath Wald swimming pool, only 5 minutes walk away into drive (with 300 sq m of water, outdoor and indoor swimming, giant slides).

Central location: The Wildkogelbahnen lift base station, the start of the ski slope and the ski bus station for the neighbouring skiing areas are only a 5 minute walk from your holiday home – which of course, also has an own ski shed and boot drier. The town centre with its beautiful parish church is only 250 m away and there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and bakeries (with a breakfast rolls delivery service to your door) in town, and the local grocery stores are also only a couple of minutes away.There are plenty of free car parking spaces directly in front of the building.
