Greetings. The small forest guesthouse has grown into our wellness and hiking hotel Gassner **** superior - and the pretty Gassner tree house along with it. As a real family business, we bring a lot of warmth, charm and life into the house together with our wonderful Gassner Seilschaft. That's probably why so many things are so individual and varied here.

Feel good
Still waters and cosy warmth. From sweet idleness to conscious being. In our Crystal- and GardenSPA on more than 1,200 m² the opposites merge in such a natural way that you will notice with a satisfied smile how wonderfully enriching it can be to always find a new favourite place for yourself. Coloured light indoor pool, natural pool "mountain lake", salt sauna, panoramic outdoor sauna, bio sauna with spruce scent, mountain crystal steam bath, stone pine sauna, ice fountain, infrared loungers and relaxation rooms. For families, there is a dress-on sauna and a family relaxation room with water beds.

Bringing valuable things from the outside in and finding the special in the simple. Sometimes traditional down-to-earth, sometimes completely new interpretations. Served with a smile in our stylish restaurant or on the cosy sun terrace. Culinary delights are a matter for the chef - that has always been the custom - and so hotel chef Hans-Peter, chef Gregor and the team ensure a really good feeling in your stomach every day with a lot of dedication. Sit back, relax and let us serve you an enjoyable time-out - in the morning, in the evening and when you get a little hungry, we'll be happy to serve you something in between.

An exclusive highlight of the hotel is the luxury tree house in a secluded location with a direct view of the mountains. A retreat on 147 very personal square metres in the middle of the treetops provide for your private time-out. On 2 floors you will find a sleeping area with free-standing bathtub, cosy living area for cosy hours, large wooden terrace with relaxing furniture and cuddly blankets for starry nights.

Your winter pleasure
Enjoy the day in the Wildkogel Arena - one of the most family-friendly skiing areas in Salzburger Land - the nearby Zillertal Arena or in the KitzSki skiing area, or get on your skis for the first time at the baby lift in front of the hotel. Ski down to directly behind the hotel or go on a snowshoe or winter hike in a completely new way.
Experience real feelings of happiness when tobogganing with your loved ones on the hotel's own Kühnreit toboggan run or the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world and stop off in one of the cosy huts to warm up. Even cross-country skiing, ski touring, ice skating and curling will get your heart pumping and give you wonderful ideas for the following day.
With the gentle Kitzbühel Alps behind you and the picturesque Hohe Tauern National Park in view, we offer you every opportunity to write unforgettable mountain stories.
