The tour starts at the hiking info point, from here you walk along the road to the roundabout and continue left through the underpass into Steindorfer Straße. Then follow the road, path no. 3 and 5 uphill via Gaisbichl to Hochprack. Pass the barrier and continue straight ahead along the forest road to Röderlehen. Below the farm, in the left-hand bend, turn right onto trail no. 5 and walk along it via Gitschen and Ematen back to the starting point.
