Located on the Styrian Flower Road, the idyllic village of Wenigzell invites you to enjoy yourself and linger.

Whether it's giant Buchteln from the Buchtelbar, Jogllandtorte at the Jogllandhotel or Holzofenbratl at the Bratlalm – Styrian hospitality meets regional cuisine here! You can taste excellent fine brandies at Edelbrand ‘Edenbauer’ with chocolates from the region, where buses are also welcome by appointment.

For interesting tours, ‘Sandicca’ – the Styrian sea buckthorn gardens, ‘Kunst am Bauernhof – Kroisleitner’ (art on the farm) or the Schauweberei (weaving mill) are happy to open their doors. The original ‘Joglland Tracht’ and the ‘Blumenstraßendirndl’ attract just as many visitors to Wenigzell as the regional beekeepers or the Joglland alpacas.

Above all, you can enjoy nature to the fullest in Wenigzell. The crisp air, clear streams and lush meadows invite you not only to take walks, but also to go on longer hikes or walking tours. For those who prefer to explore the countryside by bike, there is an e-bike rental service. The starting point for the Sanddornrunde and the ‘Großer Jogl’ as well as 6 other bike tours, ranging from family-friendly to moderate, is the village square. In the summer of 2021, it was voted ‘Styria's most beautiful cyclist rest stop’ by readers of the Kleine Zeitung newspaper.

A special highlight is the 1st Barefoot Park in Austria, for which Wenigzell is known far beyond its borders. 30 stations on 3 different routes with a total length of over one kilometre let your feet rejoice and convey a pure zest for life! The Joglland Oasis Wenigzell provides refreshment and relaxation: Indoor swimming pool – sauna area – health centre leave nothing to be desired in terms of wellness and pamper you with various treatments as well as peace and relaxation. There is also a miniature golf course.
