At the bottom of this valley there are meadows and pastures with a stunning view of the Ötztal Alps and their glaciers. From the cross-country ski center at Melago, you can reach the top of the majestic Weißkugel mountain (at an altitude of 3,739 meters) or the equally impressive Weißsee peak, at 3,526 meters.
