The SkiMovie piste
This season, the Gitschberg Jochtal ski resort is launching a new highlight: the SkiMovie piste. On this new race slope, winter sports buffs can now not only test their downhill skills, but also have their feats professionally recorded on video. The piste is 250 metres long and offers both young and old skiers the opportunity to track their speed as they engage in an exciting slalom.
The entire run is filmed throughout from the start house to the finish line. Recording begins with a countdown immediately after registration with the lift pass. The camera follows the skier along their descent, capturing every turn and curve, creating a unique personal souvenir.
The finished video, including time tracking, can be downloaded and shared at the skier’s leisure. The SkiMovie piste is designed for skiers wishing to improve their performance or to simply capture an unforgettable experience on the slopes.

The Kids’ Cross Slope
We have exciting news for the younger skiers, too… The new Kids’ Cross slope is launching! Children and teens can look forward to an action-packed snow experience, with thrilling bends, small jumps and gentle bumps that guarantee fun for everyone. This ski-cross slope was developed around the needs of junior skiers to help them hone their technique and boost their confidence in a fun, playful way while experiencing the thrill of a real ski-cross race.
